Can you solve this sleep problem?

Hi. I'm still studying in college and I do have a problem like you. Worse, I have a major sleeping problem not just on weekends but almost everyday. Sometimes I don't even sleep, especially during the days where I've napped in the evening or afternoon. I know it's no good, but I have to thank myLot cause it helps. When I can't go to sleep, I turn to myLot, I post and response discussions and soon I get sleepy and sleep easily. Not all the time though. My boyfriend always tells me when you are in love, you can't fall asleep because reality is better than your dreams. Yes, I'm in love but I don't believe this. So I'm like you too, no idea how to solve this problem:(
