Hey guys. I'm BishounenNerd. I'm a Youtube user, Newgrounder, and Ikariam player, among other things. I'm new to this site, and I was wondering if you guys could help me out with something... I've been talking to my mother this morning about Paypal, and to be honest, I'm a little nervous about signing up. For one thing, there are all these sites offering what's called a "real merchant account". However, I saw a thread on here recently where someone asked whether they should get a Paypal account or a real merchant account. A lot of people said they had no problems with Paypal, but here's what interested me... There was one comment that said that they froze a bank account, but they had no problem with a credit card account after they switched over. Now, personally, I don't trust the idea of spending more than you have, so I don't trust credit cards, and I don't plan on owning one any time soon. Anyway, I was wondering, how hard is it to setup a Paypal account with a bank account? Also, do you need a checking or money market account or would it be possible to use a savings account? Please let me know, I'm really confused right now!
