Do you know how to prepare custom calendars in Photoshop

I want to know how can we prepare custom calendars using photos that we have clicked and present those as calendars? Are there readily available templates in PhotoShop CS or 7 or any version of Adobe Photoshop to prepare one, any ideas are welcome! If you know of some other waysof preparing let me know. thanks happy Mylotting!!!
