I hope all you mums out there had a great mothers day today. Did you get spoiled? What did you do? My mothers day was so-so...I have the flu so that is annoying & on top of that, my 2 year old daughter has been unsettled all day. We did however go to Cotton Tree in Maroochydore near me on the Sunshine Coast where there was a mothers day in the park. There were free things for kids, food stalls & a performing stage. It was ok but we only stayed for an hour as it wasn't that big & the lines at all the kids stuff was too long to let my daughter have a turn - I couldn't even get her face painted because the line looked like it would take an hour. We did let her have a play in the park where we were though. We had fun there but didn't stay long because it was small & didn't take long to walk around to see what was there.
