i myself dont take vitamins,because some vitamins makes me sleepy and that would only put me in danger with my boss at work.... so i just eat vegetables and fruits.... i also drink a lot of water or juice....do you take vitamins? why?

hihi...i do not take vitamins because i do not feel the need to...
i feel that the best way to stay fit and healthy is to eat more vegetables and eat less fattening food..and of course a lot of water too..

eating those vitamin pills will definitely have sidc effects, then why must we take the risk? why cant we get the vitamins from a natural source...

Yes,i also take a vitamin before this.I take it because i am too busy with my study.Now i'm in holiday for 2 months.I need it for cover my vitamin lost.I hope it is enough for my body.But i dont take other food which have a lot of vitamin because i think it is enough for my body.Maybe i am wrong.

I used to take vitamins but I have stopped now. I used to take cod liver oil on a regular basis as well as a vitamin c tablet. I don't know whether they work or not but I am inclined to believe that they do something for the mind! If you believe that something will work for you then it probably will, mind over matter I guess! There are so many different vitamin products on the market and it's hard to know which one will benefit you the most. Well, I leave them out of my diet for now in any case. Andrew

i used to drink anti-anemia but then my sister told me that it's not good for my health.. i dont know if its true so i stopped ;) and now i just drink a lot of water and eat fruits.. no veggies :)

i do take some multivitamins, zinc and cod liver oil..that's about it. i try to make it a habit to take them everyday but sometimes i forgot or am just too tired confused

ows?! So., we're both the same because, I should not take vitamins also. If I take vitamins, I always feel hunger. So it can makes my body big and I don't like that because, I am on a diet you know.. lolwink

I do not take vitamins too. I took vitamins before but like you I felt more sleepy when I take some. My husband told me it is not true that vitamins makes us sleepy. It is all in the mind according to him. But another reason why I do not take vitamins is that we do not have extra budget to buy one. I am a full time mom and only at home and my husband is the only one working. So the expenses goes to the house and everything plus our son who is seven months old drinks two kinds of vitamins, milk and fluoride for his upcoming teeth. Maybe when I am back to work, we will have more extra hence the need for I and husband to take vitamins too.

I don't take vitamins nowadays, but i did last time. For me taking vitamins is good for those people who do not have regular or balanced diet, then vitamins will be a good supplement for the nutrients and vitamins needed by the body. Actually we won't have to worry too much of its side effects as long as we're not overtaking it. Anyway, having balanced diet, drinking a lot of water and have more fruits are the best way to keep our body healthy and have the nutirents needed.

More than a month ago I start to take multi-vitamin B for doctor's advise, the term still very short I cannot see the effect, but it should let me getting stronger than now.
