migranes make u appreciate simple things  | |  i've had migranes for as long as i can remember. now it has gotten so bad that i dont have to do much before it comes. sometimes even my teeth hurt!! i forget my name, i cant smile, i cant even make a sudden move without feeling as tho a drill of some sort is being operated in my head. i'm suffering. my head aches or has a tender feeling each and every day.
anyone has/had these feelings? any suggestioins?

| | | | | | | | 1.  o2bnocn (1021) | 8 months ago |  If it is happening everyday or a lot then you might want to go to the doctors. I have had migraines, but hardly ever get them..thank goodness. My mother also gets them, she gets them with aura, which means she has symptoms like forgetting her name, going numb. I have actually had to call 911 for her. When I get them they usually hurt extremely bad and the light and noise bothers me a lot. One time it hurt so bad that I actually wanted to cry but I couldn't because it hurt so bad. I have kind of learned with me that I have to eat good and get enough sleep or I might get migraines. I know certain things can cause migraines but it is different with everybody. If it gets really bad, then I would go to the doctor.

i have to have all the lights off
and very quite
sometime the last for a week
it really hurts and i stay in the dark
