In recent years, people around the world have become aware of the health hazards associated with high levels of cholestrol. These include the increased risks of heart attacks and strokes. For many people, this has been the signal to cut down on fats and to eat more balanced diet. But cholestrol has also been widely misunderstood, and in the process has acquired a bad reputation.
So how do you know good and bad cholestrol?

cholestrol can be both good and bad,if too much low-density lipoprotein(LDL) circulates in the blood,it can slowly bulid up in the walls of the arteries feeding
the heart brain.so LDL cholesterol is usually be called "bad" cholesterol.
on the contrary, high density lipoprotein (HDL) is known as "good" cholesterol because it removes excess cholesterol from plaques and thus solws their growth and a high HDL level seems to protect aginest heart attack.

Cholesterol is different with fat. Thin people also has a high risk with cholesterol. Cholesterol is bad oil in our vein. When we consume something, the nutrious would spread in severals way. One of those is to our blood circulation system. If there's oil in the blood vein, when the oily blood arrive in heart, continuously it could harm our heart. My boyfriend's father is thin person but he has cholesterol problem. Cholesterol is not overweight nor overfat. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

I don't care about having cholestrol, because i'm thin and can eat what I want without worry that i'll be fat. My dad told me to eat more healthy because he was like me when he was in my age, and now he's blood preasure is up, and he's eating a lot more healthy.
