hi there, psychotaz206..
geez.. i used to keep track of my workouts and exercise routines.. i would record the type of routine and the number of minutes i worked-out, plus monitor the inches and the pounds lost..
but something happened along the way and i just woke up one day too lazy to run and work-out..
it will be really great to start keeping track of them again (AND GET BACK IN SHAPE!)

I have done this in the past and had good results lowering my percentage of body fat. I guess I am just too lazy now to do it. Or to exercise for that matter. I tried to do 200 minutes a week of aerobic exercise and weight training for about 35 minutes, twice a week.
