How to tell your partner that he/she snores?

Well me and my partner really dont have problem in snoring and in fact,we found it sweet.Lol i dont know but you will think its crazy but we both snore and we are both sleeping like a rock.The funny thing is that,there are times that i wake up because of his snoring and i just touch his back a bit and then he will stop snoring,I agree that its the position of sleeping but anyway we are really having no arguments about it,well we understand other because we were both tired of our jobs thats why we cannot feel the loudness anymore and yes every morning i tell him his snoring and his just smiling and well i just smile also.If your experiencing it,just try touching his or her back so it will stop.

i hv done one thing ..i recorded her snores and next day she lisnted and den she was more desperate to avoid such things...she consult the doctor n within a week she is fine..

My hubby snores a lot! But it never affected our relationship in any way. I've been telling him that he snores and in fact during his sleep, I'm the one who changes his position from time to time to minimize his snoring. He still snores loudly and I guess I'm just getting used to it!

Some people do realize they snore while some do not want to admit. If they are quite open minded, you can even joke with them by taking a voice recorder and record down their snores. It's actually quite funny but please don't do it in front of other people. It's supposed to be funny between the 2 of you.

Some people need to go for operation in order to stop the snoring, while some can do so with the help of some medication. It depends on individuals actually. But if the partner does not mind the snoring, then there's no point to go for operation since there's the operation cost and the minor risk which comes with every medical operation.

My husband snores so loud too. When we were just new I never get a good sleep because he snores so loud. So I told him about it but he never believed me too. I told him that happens when he is so tired from work or just because he has high blood pressure sometimes. I do not know the exact reason but he never got mad when I told him that I hate snoring. When he snores I move him so that the snoring will stop and then I try to sleep. I always tell him about his snoring and to convince him more I did record his snore so that he will believe in me. When he heard the recording with matching video, he laugh and then he told he that he loves me so much more than ever. I asked him why and he said because I never kick him when he snores. His sister always kicks him when he was still single whenever he snores. After few months, I got used to his snore. Funny thing is I can't even sleep if he is not yet snoring. That bad habit turned out as good because I always seek for his snore before I could sleep. Anyway I still move him because if he snores too much maybe he is dreaming and I just want him to be back to reality. I love my husband no matter how loud he snores.

My husband snores and I have told him that he did. He used to say he didn't snore but now he believes me when I tell him. He can snore so bad that he can be in the bedroom sleeping which is upstairs and I will be downstairs in the family room and I can hear him snore. Of course, then he tells me I can not hear him snore that far away but believe me I have.

Hello thanks for this post on snoring, my wife does not snore, so no problem for me dear. But a parnter will certaily feel if you tell him/her about the snoring. This reminds me what my friend did, his wife used to snore loudly, so he recorded her snoring one night and played it with full volume the next day.

YES... he SNORES!!!! haha...

His snores are weird.. it's a closed mouth snore where the lips trembles... I tried to record a few times but to no avail as it will stop suddenly!!!

Sometimes I just can't sleep through his snoring... I play his PSP... When he wakes up later in the morning, I would complain to him that his snores are distubring... LOL...

Sometimes, he would clear his nose before his sleep... Seems to solve partially the problem...=>

Other times, i try don't do activities that would cause him to be too tired... As he would snore even louder!

if my husband snore, then I will tell him right the way or wake him up and tell him that he is too loud, and I can't sleep. if he doesnt believe me then I will record whenever he snore again. if he still snore then another room is available for him..;)
