In your country people shakes hands when they meat each other?

The only time that I see someone shaking someones hand here is at a business meeting or something. A lot of people here just doesn't shake hands when they meet someone else.

In my country, shaking hand when people meet is a common culture. Especially in formal meeting. I think this culture is influence from Western countries. In my country, giving your hand for shaking other when you meet someone usually believed by the society could representing your level of well mannered behaviour. That's why people here like to do it. In my country people shake hands and than kiss each other on the cheek three times. This isn't always done. Like for instance on a birthday party you see your family this happens. With friends you usually hug and that's it.

i don't see to many women shanking hands with other women as they do with men i don't know why i have never thought about it before but i can't tell if anyone is honest or not with their hand shake.i know some people i have shoke hands with just barley holds your hands.i hate that.
