| smoking chicken  | | | |  Hi to all , would just like to ask any one if they have ever tried smoked chicken, because at the moment they are selling this product in a local supermarket and i have never tasted it before , yes i have tasted smoked salmon and other smoked fish but never smoked chicken, so i am not very convinced but if you have tried it before me , tell me maybe i'll try it out, greetings to all

| |  I have tried it, and it is very good. My stepfather has his own smoker, so he smokes EVERYTHING! My only concern was that the mean was pinkish in color to me, and I thought that it was not cooked all the way. It turns out that it was, it is just something that happens to the meat when it is smoked. Something else that is very good is smoked turkey!!!
