I Haven't Been Camping Since My Son Was A Kid  

My son is 23 now and we stopped camping about 15 years ago. I feel bad but it always seems that work was more pressing. I think maybe that's why I quit working for others eventually and started my own business.

But I am thinking of taking my son on a fishing trip, maybe do some camping in some back places I know where the fishing is good and the hills protect it against high winds that make canoeing and fly fishing tough.

I used to take him fishing when he was little, we had some great fun. I even took him with me when we would go float tube fishing, that was a blast too.

Then the teen years hit and a huge wall was built between us, one that is only coming down now after such a long time.
