Anyone need help or ideas for a Christmas train layout?  

Although I never have much room in my living room for a large Christmas set-up I like to get creative. I have a loop of track that my son's Lionel Thomas train runs on, but at the same time there is a set of switches that links a double dead end trolley line. At the push of a button, Thomas goes though the switches, when he clears, a sensor sends a Lionel gang car down and back the interconnected trolly track. They both then stop automatically and never hit each other.
