 I want to know your comments on the story. It is very short. I received it from my friend in my email a while ago. Just want to share and for me to know your opinions and reactions. Maybe some of you already read it.
Here it is:
There was a blind girl who hated herself because she's blind. She hated everyone except her loving boyfriend. The guy is always there for her. She said that if she could only see the world, she would right away marry her boyfriend.
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. From then, she can now see everything including her boyfriend. Then, the boyfriend asked her, 'Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?'. The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend is blind too, and she refused to marry him.
Her boyfriend walk away in tears and later wrote a letter to her saying,
"Just take care of my Eyes Dear".
Isnt it touching?:)

i don't know if i could give my eyesight away. i've given up so many things for another person... yet i feel i haven't given my all.
thanks for sharing the story. it's very touching, but it's also very sad how it ended.

2.  kapil_poundarik (921) | 7 months ago |  yes really very very touching, my heart really came to my eyes reading this short but really very touching story.actually in this case too both the lover show human behavior that is found in you and me and in all the human species.we can do anything to satisfy our greeds, but some times we can just forget those greedy thoughts of our mind, but that is only for a short time .
now lets take my example, i love a girl very much and i always try too keep her happy. i know that she doesn't loves me at all, but still i care for her. ( now the greedy part) some time when she rudely talks to me i get angry on her, despite the fact that she doesn't loves me, i start hoping she loves me.
so from many years i have been trying to kill that greedy feeling in myself, but i have been successful only up to 1%.actually all of us just want to full fill our own needs.

The girl should know who was his donee at least.

when things change in life. She did not know that the eyes
that make her see was came from the one who understand her

The moral of this is that sometimes when we don't have something and wish for it and get it we tend not to appreciate the people in our lifes that help us get it.
This story has a part of us in it cause we recieve love and kindness on a daily basis not realising that we are in deed getting it and as a result we behave ungrateful towards the giver.

I don't know if its real or no but it did made me cry few times . Many times we love somebody so blind that we give everything to him and latter that person just refuses to be with you.
