Anyone play the guitar?  |

|  I'v been playing for about a month an 1/2 both electric and acoustic(Electric guitar is my prefrence),Though I wish to learn both, my finger tips are just starting to get used to it they're peeling and caluosing which when trying to learn the guitar is a good sign and show of devotion...And trust me if your just begging "Devotion" is a must...actually it's an understatement! As I'v learned over the last month or so it's no where near easy as some people make it look.//_^ So far I can play the intro to sweet home Alabama and "kyienda" play Bulavard of broken dreams by Greenday, I know all the chords and the strumming pattern I just can't fret the chords fast enough yet. It sonds like Bulavard of broken dreams...just like with a couple seconds pause between each chord change. Any guitarist out there feel free to share your about your music. [[[[8^X

| |  I play guitar but I like acoustic better.
I just like the natural sound it produces, not to mention it's much more mobile compared to an electric guitar.

| |  I play the guitar dude.. I have been playing on and off (but mostly on, haha) for about 4 years now. I know how to play Boulevard of Broken Dreams too. haha... but I prefer to play heavier songs, like songs by Bullet For My Valentine and Metallica. I can say my fingers have play pretty fast now, compared to a few years ago when I'm really having a hard time switching chords and when I thought that those simple riffs a friend of mine do to show off to me are actually genius moves. I even play better than him now. Haha. I love music genres under metal, like Thrash, Death, and Metalcore. So exhilerating, and actually, there's a lot of feeling behind every song, but only expressed in a not-so-typical manner, like guitar "scratching", "strange" lyrics and tones.

| |  I've been playing the guitar for around 6 moths now and i consider myself to be pretty good considering the time ive been playing. I myself play the guitar because i love it. Beyond any other nonhuman thing. I understand what you mean about chord changes and such, and its simple. You may hate what i am about to say but pratice makes perfect.
Tried and tested Keep at it and you will master those chord progressions in no time. And it most definetly is not as easy as they make it look :PP
