Solve problems with different reassure people with problems. Problem solving aims to obviate the problem, not avoid the problem. If the cause of the problem can be solved, the problem no longer exists.
While reassure those who aim to be problematic forget (temporarily) with the problem, or delay the settlement of the problem.

Hi, you are very right, a problem must to be solved, not just try to forgive about this problem. If you argue with somebody, first you must to know what this person want from you, is not just a argue, is talk about ideas and opinions.
If never know why you have a problem, than you will repeat same mistake again and again, so...is better to solve the problem. To avoid a problem is maybe just to convince yourself that problems are not a real problem, and will be more harder to solve after long time.

Fix the fighting, tell people it will be ok, fix the problem don't avoid it, if it is solved it wont harm anyone, respond to those who harm with the same harming actions, or wait to respond as long as possible.
or do you mean,
ignore the problem? you kinda had tried to subtract a multiply symbol, it can't really happen.

Solving problems is a great thing. In order to do that an agreement has to be agreement has to be reach by all parties, or someone is just allowing the baggage to be sweeped under the rug for next time. I like to solve problems, one this that seems to happen is when one problem is solved one or two problems arise. Or other issues come up that should also be resolved. Then there are other times when the problem is too heated and its best to let things be for the moment just to stop the converstation because nothing is being resolved. Usually by that point there is a lot of hurtful things being said back and forth. Which would have never have been said if the problem never elevated to that point. Each circumstance is different though.
