Fresh out of the Oven

They always say that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Sometimes I think that is true! I just finished baking some brownies. The whole house smells delicious. I cant wait until they are cool enough to eat! My husband cant stay away from them. He wants to eat them now. He doesnt care if they are crumbly and falling apart. He doesnt care if they are hard to get out of the baking dish. As soon as they were out of the oven, he wanted some! I like to let them cool a little bit. That way they are a little bit more like fudge rather than cake. I even like the edges that are a little bit harder. I just wish there was a way to make them cool off faster! Then all I need is a glass of milk and I will be set! How often do you make brownies? Do you prefer them to be more cake-like or fudge-like? Is there something special you always eat or drink with your brownies?
