what is your workout routine?

Do you work out after work, and how many hours do you try to exercise a day? I might exercise 15 minutes, or 30 minutes? I might have something to finish at the moment. And would you do sit - ups, push - ups, and other? I definitely do both of them.

My husband and I go to the gym every other day after work. we set a calorie goal and do our best to meet it by the end of the work out period. I start off by doing some stretches then I do the cross trainer. I do about 35-45 minutes of that then I walk on the tredmill for about 35 minutes so I try to get atleast 1 hour of cardio. aftwords I swim for 20 mintues, sit in the steam room and go home.

I do a 25 minute cardio routine on the treadmill, on alternate days. I need a days time to recover,which I usually like to call as a 'recovery period'. Wherein I start small,and increase my workout duration by 10 minutes the next day, and then when the week is over, I jump back to square one the coming week. It's weird I know, but it has proven beneficial to my body.
