I am trying to find out if they really do pay or not as I can't find it on any scam list. I am way off payout because they don't send me that many emails & I only have 1 referral. Have you been paid from this site? I would like to promote this site if I can find someone who has been paid by them.

I think it should be paying. Earlier they were sending $50 or $100 mails occasionally, but not stopped it. It was listed in a site which recommends genuine sites.
But, they are a slow earner. With their occasional emails, it's hard to reach payout of $10. May be US members receive frequent mails. I'm member of this site for over a year and at $2.10

Hopefully this site does pay but I do know what you mean by it taking forever to make payout - I have 1 referral & I only have $1.26 in my account.
