I am no cheater, always clicking my self, i do not have any broxys, or nothing. I think, they do with many people so!

As I know most of PTC websites are scam. If you really want one, it's only can be NeoBux.
I suppose if you find something wrong with Neobux, then you should totally give up PTC websites.
Don't too upset. You just wasted a little your time.
If you are careful you will find some real reliable websites.

The only bad thing is that to actually know if a site is good or not you've either got to find reports of scams or be willing to try it for yourself, and the second option can be quite costly in both wasted time and money.:(

And I'm very grateful that I've known this site because I have proven that mylot has an honest admin and it really pays.
Honestly, I have encountered this particular site you've mentioned here but I don't have the luxury of time to register on halfpennyclicks. But I guess it's a blessing in disguise though; since you've stated that it's a scam site. I won't bother to register on that site anymore. I had similar dilemmas on other ptc sites I've been through before. At present, I do have other trusted sites which I have already received payment from; namely:
