just one item

If you could pick just one item from the room that you are in that summed you up as a person, what would it be and why would it be that item?
Is it your item? Does it belong to you?
I am looking around my room now and it is very hard to pick just one, I have narrowed it down to 3 items, a deck of cards, a talking T.A.R.D.I.S keyring or a pink glass ornament thats cut like a CZ. I think I am going to have to go with the paperweight. It's very shiny and has many different facets to it, and although it is very nice, nobody is ever quite sure what it does or is and nobody knows what purpose it serves.

I am sitting in the College library, and If I could take one item from the room it would be either a computer, because I really enjoy computers and the internet, or it would be the ship model that is on one of the top shelves, because I have always loved sailing ships and it would add to my collection.

Hmmm, what an interesting, thought provoking question! Looking around the room I'm in I'm thinking hard about this. The only things in this room are my bed, which I could be, you know, something that people lay all over, LOL, my computer, which also I could be, full of knowledge, but has to be used right, the telephone, again, which I could also be, since it relays communication! I'm all the time having to tell one of my kids to tell the other something that he was supposed to do and didn't. So many things I could be... hard to narrow it down.
