Personally, I cannot concentrate at work, especially I am not doing what I like... I very guilty... But I cannot help it... I tend to be distracted a lot, especially with that much games in facebook and trying to find time to come online at mylot to post and comment as much as I can.... Even when I am really doing things I like, for example, designing, i tend to surf the net too... I need inspiration to design... Being creative is hard work. So like I have mentioned, I tend to go to facebook, check my personal emails, while coping with work... So far, I can managed to do my work well.. No careless mistakes as I am a developer... Though I do get guilty at times when my colleagues do walk pass at times... I can say I am lucky enough to sit at the corner of the office... Furthermore, my office is an open concept type where there is no cubicles.. So how concentrated are you at work? How do you "avoid" being caught red-handed? =

Lucky for me, i dun work in the office.. I find it too stressful and suffocated.. haha =D It's always hard to concentrate with work, when there are so many distractions around, and that happens to everybody.. Thus, u need not feel guilty.. lol =D As long as u are able to finsh your work or project in time, who cares what method u are using?? As long as u feel comfortable with what u are doing, and u think can help in your work, by all means do it ^_^ After all, nobody cares about the process, but only the end result.. haha =D SO, why feel guilty after all?? U can do anything u want, anywhere, but just dun get caught!! lol =D

haha... sound logical enough... nobody really would asked about the process... Clients and boss would just care about the end product... But, I would still feel guilty at times.. maybe feeling afraid, afraid of being caught red-handed... LOL... Dare to do, but afraid of the consequences... Sign..

Dare to do, then just do it ^_^ If u are afraid of doing anything, then u will never get to 'explore' the best way of relaxing without having to get caught, and even if got caught, u will know how to talk your way thru ^_^ It's all about experience.. haha =D OR maybe this should suit u more, just always be careful with what u are trying to do, and u will be safe from any consequences ^_^ hehe

Wow.. That is very hardworking and concentrated of you! But I do not understand why you are fired... Doesn't sound right, after you work so hard for your company? So is it better now? How's your baby?

Well the reason they fired me was because I fell pregnant again, they said they couldnt afford to keep me while im having babies, I want to sue them but I dont know how to go abaout it. Although with my first I was only on maternity leave for 3 months and I was entiltled to a year so They wouldntve lost me for long, oh well its their loss I will find a job after having this baby then they will be sorry! =D

Oh my?? How can they do that?? You are entitled to be pregnant.. Good thinking, it is their lost and your gain... You will find a better place with better benefits... In my country, Singapore, if you face something like this, we go to the MOM(Ministry of Manpower) to complain.. Furthermore, our government is encouraging its citizens to get married and give birth... They are giving extra incentives to those(especially young adults) who marry and give birth... That is because our country is starting to have low birth rate, you see... I am planning and preparing to get married in 2 years time... = Maybe you can try the ministry of manpower in your country??? Take care!
