People say dancing is one of the way to keep yourself healthy. It helps your body to be flexible, increases stamina, it also helps your brain when we are synchronizing and coordinating movements. I dace for fun what about you?

I dance for my health, it increases my stamina, flexiblity and coordination and it's a great way to unwind after a long day.

do you have that energy and time left after the long day of work. I usually dace only on holidays or some times in the morning.

I usually dance in the morning. I'm doing Shimmy right now, it's on the FitTV channel and it teaches belly dance. You should check it out!

As Meat Loaf once said:
I ain't in it for the power
And I ain't in it for my health
I ain't in it for the glory of anything at all
And I sure ain't in it for the wealth!
But I'm in it 'til it's over and I just can't stop
Basically, even though I enjoy all the benefits that come with dance, I have to say I do it because I dearly love it. I am a professional performer, but I suppose since I did mention the fact that I am very passionate about it, my reason for dancing would fall under the "for fun" category.
