| thankful for my vitamins  | | | | hi all. I've taken vitimans b4 but not regularly.Until I woke up April 22 and thought I was having a stroke.The E.r. doctor did all sorts of test and diagnosed me with bells palsy.I was completely paralysed on the left side of my face.Along with that its robs you of all your energy. By the time I saw a doctor again(a few days later)it was too late to start any meds.My only hope was vitiman b complex and fish oil.After one week of these I started to recover.They help to restore my energy as well.I'm still not 100% but i'm at 90% now.Most dont even see a slight change for at least a month. so I was wondering,How many others have vitimans helped with a health issue? | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
