I am glad she is coming back. I have missed her. It also made me think of someone else's assertion that the guy Roxy is hiding, Rex's pop, might be Spencer Truman rather than Mitch Laurence. http://www.soapcentral.com/oltl/news/2009/0518-hickland.php Catherine Hickland returns to One Life to Live in June, more than eight months after her last appearance on the ABC soap. Hickland made her debut as Lindsay Rappaport 11 years ago this month. Prior to joining OLTL, Hickland appeared on The City, Capitol, and several other soaps. Catherine Hickland (Lindsay Rappaport) will be returning to One Life to Live in June. The actress made the announcement on her Facebook page, but did not elaborate on the plot twist that will bring her currently jailed character back to the canvas. Hickland, a veteran of no fewer than six daytime drama series, appeared as a contract performer on One Life to Live from May 1998 through May 2005, when the popular actress was dropped to recurring status. Despite being taken off contract, the actress continued to make appearances on the ABC soap through July 2008, when Lindsay confessed to the murder of Spencer Truman. According to insiders, network execs felt that Lindsay was written into a corner with little possibility of future story -- and Lindsay was carted off to the Statesville Correctional Facility. Prior to her time on One Life to Live, Hickland appeared as Tess Wilder on Loving and its spinoff, The City. Hickland has also been a part of The Bold and the Beautiful, Capitol, and Texas. Since leaving One Life to Live, Hickland has written a best-selling book, The 30-Day Heartbreak Cure, which is available in most major bookstores and online. Hickland also hosts Conscious Loving Radio, a weekly Internet radio show devoted to anything that has to do with living a more joy-filled life. The actress also continues to sell her own line of cosmetics, Cat Cosmetics. A first airdate for Hickland is not yet available. A Request for a statement from ABC was not immediately returned.

As One Life To Live doesn't crap all over their veterans and will actually use her in a good way I'm glad to see her back as well, especially with RJ and Hank back on canvas as well, and the Bo/Nora thing heating up all over again.

Could they please send Nora somewhere? I am so sick of her!! She has been with nearly every man in Llanview!!! And for some weird reason, they all keep going back to her.... the women of LL don't stand a chance with her in town!!

Brothers is kind of icky, isn't it? I just can't imagine leaving my husband and going out with his brother. Too gross for me! The whole Cougar thing is hot right now. Who could she go after next? Jared, Brody, Rex?

And the thing is... NO ONE thinks anything of it!! She isn't labeled the town "h--ker" or anything! No one gives a single weird eye look at her for sleeping with all the men in town and everyone knowing all about it! She is still the virture of excellence! That's the disgusting thing... and probabl why I can't stand the character. Enjoyed the show while she was in that coma or whatever it was she was in for a while...

I heard about her, but I have not been watching One Life to Live that often. We only have one tv set, and it is mainly what my husband wants to see. I do remember watching Capitol when it was on, but not the others. For a time I went through the soaps, but it got confusing switching from one channel to another. I will have to check that internet weekly radio show. Would you have the url?

I watch Y&R on NBC.com and GH on ABC.com. But check out TV.com and you can get lots more and many of the OLDER episodes - from years back! PRetty cool. I'm not even going to hook up my cable - I can watcht he few things I watch on tv over the internet... not much worth wasting my time to view these days.

I don't know much about her; but I used to watch great spin-offs and it's great to have our favorite actors and actresses back in the scene. My mom loves Days of Our Lives so much, and I notice certain actors/actresses whom she totally adore and could really relate to.
