 I am not sure who has been watching the train wreck. I watched tonight for the first time in a long time and I hate to say it buy my bug says it is over, and that they are and have been for some time, living separate lives. My gut feeling is that Jon is there with the children when Kate is traveling and they are there as a "couple" maybe once a week. the one child that hugged daddy and said I miss you daddy said it all to me. He is not there with them most the time, he lives somewhere else in the apartment above the garage whatever it is, when kate is home form her travels he is gone. etc.
It is sad that this family is being torn apart like this, those children do not deserve this. the statement I am here for my kids said it all to me. It tole me that they are both done with the marriage. Does that mean they can not "Fix" things, no but it means they need to end the show and end it now so they can get back to what they once were.
as someone who has HOM, high order multiples, I can say the stress is something you do not get unless you are there and I think that Jon feels trapped, like he does not have a choice, he wants out, but he can not leave, he has no other options but to stay in a marriage that is loveless, because well what else can he do.

It was very sad to watch and that is why I am not going to watch anymore, buy any magazines that write about it or contribute to it. There were two very sad parts, when Lia said Daddy I miss you, please do not go away again.
and in the end when they did the last interviews and Jon said I am here for the kids.
It was so clear to me he has checked out. I think he wanted out of the show, wanted to take a break and Kate would have nothing to do with it. Poor kids, Poor family. They have all the money in the world, yet they are not happy | |

2.  psychotaz206 (1411) | 8 months ago |  i have not seen that show in awhile but i heard on the today show i think thats where i heard it is that he cheated on her and thats when things started to go wrong, i think him only staying for the children is not a good thing at all, i think they need time alone to talk and see where thay want to be and see if they want to be together or go there diffrent ways and just both be there to help take care of the children.

I do not normally watch so yes I got caught up in it, but on the other hand Jon and I were friends when I was pregnant at the same time as kate was. We connected and emailed eachother as FRIENDS till both our kids were about three years old, at which time my life got to hectic to keep in contact. | |

I even said after it was over that you can tell that even they know that they will not be together in any shape or form once this show is over. I can't remember what but I came to that conclusion based on stuff they were saying and whatnot. You're right about it being sad. | |
