|  Jonathan Lee Riches, also known as “Johnny Sue-nami,” filed a lawsuit this week in federal court seeking an injunction to stop the Guinness Book of World Records from naming him as the person who has filed the most lawsuits in the history of mankind.
Riches alleges that Guinness is planning to print false information about the number of lawsuits he has filed, which he says is more than 4,000 worldwide. And he objects to the names Guinness intends to call him, including: “The litigator crusader,” the “duke of lawsuits,” “Johnny Sue-nami,” “Sue-per-man” and the “Patrick Ewing of suing.”
among the the people he has sued....New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick, former President George W. Bush, Somali pirates, Britney Spears, Martha Stewart, Plato, Nostradamus, James Hoffa, “Various Buddhist Monks,” the Lincoln Memorial, the Eiffel Tower and Three Mile Island.
In his latest court filing, Riches wrote about how he sued Black History Month, the president of Iran and butter substitute I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!
“When I get out of prison,(did I mention he was in prison?) I’m going to start a Lawsuit 101 shop and teach Americans how to file pro se lawsuits,” meaning lawsuits filed without an attorney, said Riches, who may be released from federal custody in 2012.(hope he gets out before the world ends.......think he'll sue God?)

now, before you get upset, lets look at some of the travesties this poor man has had to suffer:
Riches v. Starbucks Coffee Company et al
Plaintiff Jonathan Lee Riches d/b/a Political Prisoner sued Defendants Starbucks Coffee Co. and Howard Schultz and seeks $5 million and release from solitary confinement. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant Starbucks are conspiring with FCI Williamsburg to keep him away from the general population and the courts. Plaintiff also alleges that Defendant Schultz is friends with Michael Vick, and that Defendants want to burn him with hot coffee.
Riches v. Spears et al
Plaintiff Jonathan Lee Riches a/k/a "Political Prisoner" alleged that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline a/k/a "K-Fed" were his co-defendants. Plaintiff alleged that CNN featured a documentary called "How to Rob a Bank," in which plaintiff was shown committing identity theft. However, plaintiff contends that the video shows Britney Spears with a gun pointed at his back and forcing him to commit fraud for $2,500 to obtain abortion money for Britney Spears. He further alleged that Britney Spears was the mastermind of his identity theft operation, and gave him Patty Hearst syndrome. He also claimed that he had committed fraud during the years to pay for Britney Spears' plastic surgery, drugs and alcohol.
Riches v. National Aeronautics and Space Administration et al
Plaintiff sued the National Aeronautics and Space Administration "NASA", John F. Kennedy Space Center, Lisa Nowak d/b/a "Space Astronaut", Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and the Space Shuttle Challenger for NASA Harassment. Plaintiff seeks the return of copyrighted and patented material belonging to Jonathan Lee Riches, i.e., jet fuel, space suits, moon rocks, mercury, DNA from pluto. Plaintiff also moves for a TRO prohibiting defendants from launching any material away from Earth without plaintiff's written permission.
Plaintiff also asserts that his ex-girlfriend Lisa Nowak told him that the Mars rover isn't at Mars, but in an Arizona desert to make people believe NASA has been to Mars to justify federal funding. Nowak also allegedly told plaintiff that the International Space Station is a trailer that was bought from a Miami Winnebago dealership for $1,200.

| |  I think when ppl abuse the legal and court systems then they should be banned from filing law suits...he's obviously doing for the kicks, just to clutter up the courts and in hopes of some dimwitted judge being half asleep and finding in his favor. Maybe they should lock him up in a nut house.

| |  That is halarious! OMG he gives new meaning to sue happy. I can't believe all that I have read in your posting of who he has sued and for what. I have never fild a lawsuit period but this was just what I need today to make me laugh my a$$ off it was so funny! After the day I have had it was nice to see that some one has worst things to worrry about then I do. You said at the bottom of your posting he asmitted to haveing a mental problem, what kind of mental problem does he have???? This should be interesting can't wait for your respose to this one lol.
