Has FEMA gotten their act together?

It's been a year since Katrina, and we're now approaching the peak of the hurrican season. what do you think of the job FEMA has done in the past year, and do you think FEMA is ready to handle another major disaster?

I think FEMA will always waste money and not be prepared. It is a government organization. We should not rely on the goevrnment for help. We should prepare ourselves. What would have happened if there was no help at all?

Fema sucks.They haven't done their job well at all.i have nothing nice to say about fema.
