Last Wednesday I had a chat with a project manager. They said they are having a requirement which can suit me. I met him and initially it seemed very positive. But Today when I asked him about any update, he told the project is pushed for 3 months. So they can't allocate me.
. I am very dejected now. My Resource Deployment manager is also not doing anything. I have already informed her in this respect.I am getting restless day by day.

Hello subha. I think that there is no need to be dejected. Why do I say so? Because you know there is a possibility of having a change at any moment. I don't count on what I expect for one hundred percent because I know there could be some change any time. If you can make some adjustments to it, you will be surely ok without feeling dejected. Anyway, I wish you good luck, subha.

Hi subha,
Just shrug it off for most of this projects are in the paper only and they never get materialise. May be this one too is of the same nature. So stop fretting and look for some other if possible.
