Hip-Hop abs  | |  Have any of you guys tried hip-hop abs? The one in the cd from shaun t?
I just started it yesterday. It's pretty fun. I don't know if it's just me but I really enjoy these kinds of workout than going to the gym using the sweaty machines that can be confusing to operate or doing sit-ups and crunches. These kinds of workout is more enjoyable.
But my question is if it works? I want to know results from people here who have tried the cd.
I don't really need to lose weight. I am 90lbs and pretty slim. I just want to tone my body, be healthy and get sexy abs.
