Some people have a hard time losing the desired weight because they are attempting to achieve their weight loss by doing things that are not natural to their lifestyle or routine. But there are easier ways that you can achieve weight loss without killing yourself.

- If you have children become more active with them around the house as well as outside the house.

- If you like to shop or window shop, take a trip to the mall 2-3 times a week to see what's new. This will take your attention off the exercise you are getting by walking.

- Like to eat? Don't starve yourself. Learn what foods are natural fat burners and figure out ways to incorporate them into your snacks and meals. Also make sure you are drinking at least 1 glass of water per meal because it will flush the fat out of your system without letting it settle.

- Have dogs? Take them to the park more often. If you are not use to a whole lot of walking then you can start off with 1-2 times per week and gradually work up to daily trips to the park.

- Like to dance? You could lose a lot of weight just doing this around the house. But if you like to dance in public you could go to social events a couple of times a week and have fun while you dance.

- You work every muscle in your body when you clean so schedule weekly or daily cleaning sessions where you can clean 30 min to 1 hour straight without stopping.


These are just some general ideas of how you could be losing weight naturally rather than working yourself to death.

I also had the same problem too.I think it is hard to lose our weight because it is hard to do without good discipline.I like to dance and make my own exercise at my house.But i ashamed to do it when my sister or parent see me.I think to go to gym but i heard it is expensive.Thank you.

hi hackett.how are you.hope you will be cool.you selected a very good topic. will the suggestion u gave all its good .but if we see it from the time point of view it is difficult to manage all the above suggestions for business men or for person who have all the home burden on his sholder like to met the need of his family .let me give some suggestions that when a person use his memory very much in his working in field or in office or any other business .the out in all all the fields will be good and about there weight ,ofcorse he will lose his weight ,and 2nd parellal to this he should keep eye on his diet mean 70%he should not eat the food having colestrols .thanx.tc hackett

You brought up a good point about the busy professionals. There are things you can do as well just going to work. Here are some things to think about:

- Taking the stairs rather than elevators or escalators in the workplace.

- Park away from the front door at your job so that you can get a little walk in.

- On you breaks eat healthy fruits because a lot of them are known to give you more energy.

- Consider drinking meal replacement supplements while at work to suppress your hunger while at work.

These are some simple things that busy professionals can do and it won't take up much time at all. And you are very right, foods with a lot of cholesterol should be avoided or eaten in small portions.
