Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling five balls in the air. You name them - WORK, FAMILY, HEALTH, FRIENDS and SPIRIT - and you're keeping all of them in the air. You will soon understand that WORK is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls ( FAMILY, HEALTH, FRIENDS and SPIRIT) are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance in your life. Agree??? Have a nice Day! ;-)

I really like to know why Work is made up of rubber instead of glass? If you screw up your current job and are fired, what makes you think that you can get back a similar job or to the same position again?
For friends, while you may only have one glass ball, you can find more balls if you really screw up just like your job.
I am not saying that you can just let go of others and only focus on work. All I am saying is that you should try to do your best but not trying to give priority. Just follow your heart and do what you think is right.
The moment you are prioritizing something, you are bound to be a loser. You risk not doing the top priority thing as good as you want it to be while on the other hand, you are almost certain to do things at lower priority worse than what they ought to be.
