When the heat is on, Can you sleep without an Airconditioner?

For me its a necesity and I just cannot go to sleep without a.c. Its a must and after a hard days labor you need only one thing thats a good nights sleep and its incomplete without an airconditioner, What about you?

I have always slept with the AC on and I always have a fan in my room. I think it is impossble to sleep in the heat. I like to have a blanket on me and get a good nights sleep. If I don't have either or I will not sleep at all. I will wake up like every 15mins.

I have central air in my house and I'm always cold when its on. During the winter when the heat is on I'm also cold. Right now its about 64 outside no ac on and I'm comfortable. When I go to bed and if its hot I just sleep naked with a light sheet, and I can sleep with no problem.
