Child raised by dogs while family sits and watches  |

 Yes - you read that right. This child can't talk - she barks! Even though she understands Russian, she cannot speak or eat or walk like a human because she was kept caged with the dogs and cats who apparently saw to her needs. She barks, laps food from a dish, understands being spoken to, but apparently is unable to speak back in return. All while her grandparents and father looked on.

And her other grandparents thought her MOTHER wasn't caring for her???? Didn't they even care to check on her, to visit her or anything?? Apparently, no one on either side gave a damn about her. I hope every single one of them is locked away and treated in a like manner!!!
What do you think is an appropriate punishment for these less than human creatures?? Even the dogs were more humane than they were!!

I can't believe people can do something like this, see it happen and just ignore it! It is apalling and digusting!
