more people now especially for moms are indulging in direct selling business.it is a retail channel for the distribution of goods and services. At a basic level it may be defined as marketing and selling products, direct to consumers away from a fixed retail location. Sales are typically made through party plan, one to one demonstrations, and other personal contact arrangements.aside from the existing jobs that they have, they sell some products to their colleagues as extra source of income. sre you involve in direct selling?

I am no longer involved in direct selling and I think it is a very difficult endeavor. It also has very little in the way of tenure or security because what it does is fleece you of your contacts and when these are all used up there is no one else for you to go to.

i'm not a member. a friend told me that you need expensive money to sign up. i don't think i can have referrals there.people in our place don't buy costly stuff.they prefer to sacrifice the quality rather than buying it that expensive.

yes i am... im into avon, natasha, and many more... lol it does help add to our income, but sometimes it becomes a burden because direct selling involves giving credits to people, like they order and you give them the products and they will pay it after a month, sometimes some people cant pay on time and you have to pay what they took using your own money. i only get orders from family members... and what i like about direct selling is i buy from them and get my discount 20%+ aside from the discount stated in the catalog. so i save a lot.

yes, that's the downside of that nature of business.credit due dates are not always the same with the pay days schedule.that's why people can't pay on time.worst, they'll hide away from you. i don't also like to have my own account since i will be tempted to buy more.
