Why PTC site always CRUELLL!

I tired to wait see my earning in all my PTC site grow.I want make and get money fast,so i can cashout fast.But they pay per click very low as they dont want us to get money fast and be their forever slave.Only a little ptc site pay high per click.I know not all ptc site like that but i found many ptc site pay low for every ad.It's hurt my feeling.So that's why i called they are cruel enough!!.
