Do you hate rap and/or hiphop?

Since I started writing music reviews I've come across the most daft (c)rap music ever. All those 'artists' were unsigned and that was unmistakeably simple to determine since their lyrics didn't make sense as they were talking about this or that girl they wanted to seduce and succeeded and their friends couldn't and bla bla. It's fine for me but their voices were so annoyingly out of key and not worth listening to. And don't even get me started about the beat... It confirmed my opinion that hiphop / rap is dull... what do you think?

i like all kinds of music, but i am very particular on the beat or with the lyrics. sometimes there are song with no sense then i dont like those music. i listen to all kinds but i like songs form bands. as of now a few of my favorite is daugthry and david cook. paramore is cool stuff too. neyo has good songs. the new song of eminem is funny but its does not sound good.

Music is a representation of each individual. By hearing the song they sing, you can describe the people how the way they feel or emotion or even attitude. but dont judge people the way they sang. I believe you just hate hiphop or rap music.

I don't hate hip-hop/rap (nor can I tell any differences among the two genres), but it's not what I generally listen to other than the occasional tune or two.

Hello diamania, I am not much for rap music but the difference between hip hop and rap is hip hop is more musical and rap music is more or less words, somewhat poetic and violent. I've not been into these styles but I have read some of the poems some rappers wrote.
