I would suggest you use sea salt in a lowered amount and take kelp for the iodine either in powdered form or in capsules if you feel you need it. Sea salt doesn't have a flowing agent bonded to it, so your body is better able to use the sodium chloride that it needs for cellular fluid balance, but you still need to be aware of the amount you eat.
