When you get online, or when you watch television on those classified advertising, they constantly selling those diet pills, which showing you how great of body you will get if you buy their diet pills. Can these be trustable? They even show you that they have FDA approved. Are those pills really help you lose weight that much?

1. alvingb (163) | 8 months ago | Hi there, well that is a very tricky question actually. In my opinion i think that if only one tries than only would one know if it works or not. Well but then the question comes of whether or not it is actually safe to try. What would the side effects be if actually try. Well as far as i would say, i dont really believe in pills. Well i am not saying that they all dont work, but its hard to say what actually works or what actually dont work. so its all in the risk of trying. Well i personally know of someone who actually tried some slimming pills because it worked on someone else. But it turned out that the pill didnt really work well for the person and started having side effects like kidney infection. Well it was after that the person actually realised that it did not work for her. From this we can understand that what works for one might not work for another. Its quite subjective in that sense. Anyway have a nice day and happy mylotting.
best reagards, alvingb

2. muscles4me (9195) | 8 months ago | Well friend save your money. I have been a personal trainer for years and write diets for people all the time. I have written diets to bulk up, loose weihgh, loose bloat, get health and on and on. My advise to you is to spend the money on something else. They are usually just vitamins with added guarana that help you have energy and maybe some herbal diuretics. They WILL work if you diet and workout but if you do that you will loose weight anyway. If you read at thevery bottom of the screen on the commercial or the bottom of the page in a magazine it always says "RESULTS NOT TYPICAL." Good luck.

6. TrvlArrngr (1235) | 8 months ago | Make sure you do a lot of research on them. They just recalled one for causuing liver damage. My boss had been taking it on and off for years and guess what? She has liver damage so she is seeing a lawyer now. Her liver doctor is trying to see if there is a clear link between her liver damage and the pills.
just google hydroxycut and you will see all the articles that came out last month. be careful and try to lose weight safely through exercise and watching what you eat.
Best of luck to you.

HelloMickey (1096) | 7 months ago | That's very serious to have liver damage after taking pills. I always know taking too much pills can hurt our livers, but never thought of taking diet pills will hurt too. Personally, I tried so many diet pills and never found obvious problems, maybe I won't take it for so long or I don't take too many.

7. dianmelydia (1796) | 8 months ago | I don't really trust such pills of diet. Actually it doesn't really work. We can read on its read-before-use suggestion. They usually asking us to controling our meal sets, doing more routine exercises, etc. The slimming, if any, is come from those suggestion, not from the pill. So that's why the result may vary on everyone. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

| 8. chapstek (82) | 8 months ago | Hi there clorissa123! Good day to you! I never did trust any of those diet pills on the advertising. For me, the real and most effective way of losing weight is having hard times but rewarding times on dieting and exercise. You must motivate yourself to do exercises that can help you lose weight and with it, the right amount of foods you can eat in your diet everyday. Consider your way of living, if you have a sedentary lifestyle, you should exercise more than those who physically work hard throughout the day. Also, place your big meals in the morning rather than at night because the meals you intake in the morning is used as energy throughout the day but the meals you eat at night is reserved by your body because you do not have stressful physical activities when you are sleeping. I do not care if the pills are FDA approved, I just don't trust those. I just trust the classic way, diet and exercise.:)

9. HelloMickey (1096) | 7 months ago | It depends on the pill itself, I mean different companies do have different products and some of them are effective and some are not. I bought diet pills before and the effect was very good, but they were so expensive and I couldn't afford to buy them a lot and took that for so long. Even if they were cheap, I don't think I would take it for a long period of time. The diet pills I bought before always were tested by some friends of mine, as I was attracted by their ads and wanted to know how it worked, so I would ask for my friends' advice and I would buy if they said it was good. So I think it really depends which company the pills are from, and we should not trust the diet pills simply by the advertisement.
