How do you arranges songs in your player? By alphobet order? Types? Singers?  | |  I've got over 400 songs/pieces of music in my MP3 players and I've tried several ways to get them well organized. My player allow to play all the pieces in one file so at first I named my files like ' pop', 'classical''rock' etc and but more and more I find that could still be annoying and confusing, so I've created new files according to different languages under different musical gengres. Also sometimes I categorize songs by their features such as 'calme', 'peaceful', or 'sad' in case that I'll be loving to listen to proper music under some certain moods. Still because music in one file will be played in alphobetic order, I feel like skip some certain ones and repeat some others all the time. So what's your way to arranges songs in your players? Do they work well for you?

Or maybe I should go back to my CD player and really focus on each albums, since every great one has its own spirit and features and maybe that would help to better understanding the ideas behind the album. I should admit that 400 is a little bit too much, but parts of them are classical piece, such as the French Suite of Bach, which means the completeness is required while listening. | |

Maryam27 (294) | 6 months ago |  I want to arrange the songs by type but I guess it takes lots of time and I get bored so I always end up making alphabetical lists of songs:D Sometimes it annoys me as when I am on a good mood I want to listen romantics, pop, rock and suddenly a sad slow song pops up! But that's how it has always been with me. Yeah...I am lazy!:-(
