What is the nicest thing someone has ever done for you?

Today, I received a bunch of flowers from a family I attended to last week to thank me for my service to them. I did not expect it because I was just doing my job nor would I have ever guessed that they would have done that. It was so nice that I was smiling for a long time after that. It was one of the nicest things someone had ever done for me and reminded me that there are some cool people out here who appreciate you. What are some of the nicest things someone has done for you?
