The "Blame" Game

Do you get blamed for alot of things that you feel is unjust? Are you the type of person that likes to blame others for things that are not right in your life? I think all blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you find with another and regardless of how much you blame them it will not change you. The only thing blame does is keep the focus off you when you are looking for external reasons to explain your unhappiness or frustration. You may succeed in making another feel guilty about blaming someone but you wont succeed in changing whatever it is that is making you unhappy. What are some of your thoughts on this?

Unhappiness and frustration is an emotion individual feel inside, if i have that feeling inside me, it is me who is at fault letting that happen, if certain event or outside force make me having that feeling, then i will try my best to change it if it is within my means and ability to do it so that i will not feel that way again.

Blaming others for your failure to control your own emotion and inability to seek the cause of your own unhappiness is common excuse among some people, especially the immature group. It is not only limited to these two human feeling, there are a lot more others unpleasant feeling one can contribute them to any person except own self. I think one's level of maturity and selflessness has a lot to do how that person see this issues inside himself.

so true .. for people are always blaming other for their circumstances for what they are. I dont believe in circumstances for the people that get on in this world are the ones who create the circumstances they want .. if they cant find them . .they make them!

lamp what you just said here made me think of something Eleanor Roosevelt once said . . . . "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent"

I never got into the habit of blaming other people for the bad things that happen in my life. I do blame myself for my part but only so far. I would not go and claim all the blame for all the bad things, just those directly related to me. Cheers!!

i find that this is a common occurance these days because no one likes to take responsibility for their actions. everyone seems like they need to be the victim even if they are the perpetrator which is sad. its all about accepting responsibility and addmiting if you messed up.

I try not to think about how people blame me for stuff if it is just or unjust. I lead my own life, and that is all that matters. don't worry about what others think.
