like the last response, a physical game. Looking at the numbers the Penguins physical game appears when they play at home. How or why that is I do not know, maybe it's the energy from the fans but the numbers don't lie. This is what it takes to beat Detroit. Get in their face, hit em fast and hit em hard. That was the Ducks approach. Good, hard, physical hockey. It's a work ethic thing and finishing your checks is part of that. If the Penguins can take game 4 I think they can carry that momentum over to the game 5 in Detroit and really make this a series but the Wings will be ready for that hard, physical brand of hockey Pittsburgh opens with at home. It'll be a great game but it's definitely a pivitol and possibly deciding game of the series.

Strategy combined with full out physicality. They have to push, and push hard but do it smart, pick their targets well and not waste time getting into unnecessary pissing contest with players who aren't worth the effort or potential penalties.
