do you like putting a curtain in your house/ windows?

yes i also like light colored curtains and yes white is nice coz it gives light in the house and very refreshing i think!

well, you are a man and i expected it! only few men really appreciates curtains i think...but in my case, its my husband who influenced me in putting curtains in our house...because that's what he see from her mom! actually most of our curtains came from his mom! hehehe

It's not that i dun appreciate curtains, but i have no use for my home at all.. hehe^_^ My house is too small, and with the usage of curtains, it will only make the whole house even darker.. haha=D

I have seen houses with curtains and they are indeed nice.. However in the day, most ple will be drawing up their curtains and so, there's no point in having a nice one.. haha=D UNless, one is living in big house, with those tall windows and ceilings, having a curtain is just like having a nice scenary within the house.. haha=D

It's good that u have yourself a husband whom appreciates curtains just like u^_^ hehe BUt is the curtain being passed down by his mom too?? hehe

actually the curtains she's giving are always new and when we go for a vacation to visit her, i always tell her our plans of going there months before and what color of curtain i like this time so that she can go to the sewer and let her sew a custom one to give me...hehehe and i think that's her happiness to give something to us that we can use in the house...hehehe
as for me, i don't buy curtains coz i think its expensive and as you know i am always contented with what i already have and i will just get another if i badly needed it...

lol=D Are the curtains being made over at his mom's side alot cheaper?? hehe^_^ All i know is that, custom made curtains are not as cheap as those being sold, because of the exact measurements etc.. hehe^_^

PLus, it's quite heavy to be carrying the curtains around if there's no transport Another virtue of yours i have realised, u are frugal and dun spend unneccessarily.. haha=D

hehehe...its because i don't have much to spend...i always have to stick with the budget or else i will just get some trouble thinking where to get money...my husband's salary is not as big as the others, his income is fixed and just enough for us but i'm glad that i can still manage to give some assistance to my brother and parents sometimes...even just a small amount...

well back to curtains...its not that cheap that's why i don't buy or get a custom one my own...hehehe, but the curtains i am using is not the type of curtain you are thinking...hehehe the one that i am using are light fabric materials only, not like those curtains in the hotels...its just a simple fabrics and that cost not too much...what is expensive is the service of the sewer and of course if the curtains requires bigger amount of fabric to be use then of course its additional amount also...

Of course one is not using the type of curtains hotels are using.. BEcause those belongs to good materials and yet it's nice.. haha=D For normal homes, any other ordinary cloths will do, as long as it can keep the sunlight out.. haha=D I guess your windows are quite small too, if not, u are not making full length curtains and thus it's cheaper^_^

Well, be it fixed income or not, at least u are thinking in his shoes, and u are helping him to save as well^_^ PLus, instead of idling at home, u are also looking for alternative to earning at home and thus here u are at mylot.. hehe^_^

Maybe life might be slightly hard now, but i believe u and your husband will definitely have a much more comfortable life in the near future^_^ For god always bless the good ple^_^

I have some frenz whom have been a member in mylot for 3 years, but their post are not as much as mine though.. hehe^_^

I dun have much frenz, maybe about 10.5 pages of them.. Out of which, only 1 page are those active ones.. lol=D Filippinos make up majority of my frenz while the rest are from india, chine, indonesia, europe as well as my own country^_^

but sometimes there are also cartoons that are not suitable for kids...so its better if parents are there to guide their children...

hehehe...actually mosquito killer that time is new and i ask my husband if it will hurt if i touch the screen and he said why not try...and so i don't touch coz i'm afraid...but when i catch the mosquito i try to get it between the screen...and i thought that there's no more current there...but just my bad luck when i touch it, current is still there coz i didn't notice that my other hand is still pressing the button!

When u already have a mosquito killer, why will u still wanna catch the mosquito with your hands?? lol=D That's way to dangerous for me to try though because i believe the currents in it are quite strong, with so many wires.. hehe^_^

South park is quite ok except for those words they are using and their songs.. haha=D Other than that, all the characters in it are quite cute, especially kenny.. hehe

but the mosquito killer that i am using is not directly plugged...it is actually rechargeable! and it looks like a badminton racket! and so i thought that it only have little current there...but i am wrong! heheh its current is enough to shocked me a while...hahha

No wonder!! haha=D I have only been using that shape of 'killer' for houseflies instead, but never for mosquitoes.. hehe^_^ If i'm using that, i will prefer my hands to do that job as it's more convenient and easier.. haha=D

Kenny is the one with orange jacket, always covering his head with a hood.. hehe^_^ As for other characters, i'm not too familiar with them though.. BUt there's one character whom died in South park right? hehe

hehehe.. i am using that before when its still new, i don't always use that for flies coz i don't see flies in the house...but lots of mosquitoes!

haha=D IN order to combat the problem of mosquitoes in the house, i will rather keep a lizard in my house so that they can eat up all those annoying mozzies.. lol=D

nyee! i think lizards here is not good in killing those mosquitoes! hehehe i have many lizards here including gecko...but still mosquitoes are around! and i think they are wiser now...hehehe coz they are always staying low...so that lizards don't reach them! hehehe

I guess it's hard to fully destroy mosquitoes because of their eggs being harvested in water while lizards dun go in there.. Maybe tadpoles might do the trick?? hehe

yes i think, a curtain in the living room actually adds life and elegance there...but still depends on your choice of curtains to use...and sometimes curtains can actually set a mood!

yes its true, having curtains is also another work coz of course we should also maintain it coz it also become dirty and we don't like dirty curtains around...dust will live there!
