I am in need of some wedding finger food ideas.  

I worked in a catering service company before so I used to see a lot of event menu like wedding event. About finger food, let me try to give you some ideas: little
salmon sandwich(1/4 of a real sandwich), beef terrayaki satay, spring roll, fried scallop, chicken finger, mini chicken wing, sushi, tempura ehhplant, tempura peppers etc hmmm I'm trying to think of more, because I'm from Asia so most of the food is Asian food, let me tell you more when I remember! :-) Hope you find it useful!

I did finger foods for two of my husbands brothers weddings. Some things we did were chicken salad sandwiches. Crusts cut off and sliced into 3 strips. They stack better this way. Also we had soft tortilla shell roll ups. Tortilla spread with a mixture of cream cheese, dry ranch dressing and chopped olives. Roll up and slice in pieces secure with toothpick. Also took a cupcake pan, sprayed with non stick spray, put in won ton shells and baked them into little cups. Then filled with different fillings. Cream cheese, crab, shrimp and shredded cheese and scallions. Or cream cheese, spinach, and shredded cheese with a little seasoning. I also was married in October. A beautiful time of year I think.
