Basically the Norah finds out were Tommy has been hiding, somewhere in Mexico and decide to go and visit him the Walkers being who they are things are quickly inflate and the tranquillity of the area is quickly disrupted.
First granted that Television without Pity does give it's own view and comments but it does give a complete recap of the episode it gives a general idea
