Do all diet pills have side effects?

Don't worry. I'm not going to suggest exercise, or lettuce and diet coke diet. Try to stop thinking about instant results, though, and work towards a more permanent goal. I was surprised when I recently switched from Dr. Pepper to Diet Dr. Pepper. I haven't changed anything else, but I lost five pounds within a week. Just start switching things out one at a time. It's a lot more effective than diet pills, plus, without the possible side effects or addictiveness. And it costs less! Those pills can be expensive.

diet pills can help you reduce your weight,but they also have some side effects,your eyes can become a little bulged.your nerves may become too exposed,which really isn't recommended.

My boyfriend's sister recently got these diet pills called Alli that help you to burn fat more easier. She has found them to be a big help and shes continuously losing the pounds. They have really seemed to help. Except you have to eat a healthy diet and you are only allowed to take them for six months at a time. They are coompletley legal and can be bought in a chemist.
