I hate pop ups! How to turn it off?

I accidentally allowed pop ups in one of the ptc sites I joined.. Now everytime I logged in and do something in the site, popups keep popping! How will I turn it off?

go up to tools go and you will see "pop-up blocker" under options check it.

I am using mozilla.. can't find the pop-up blocker..
