I don't think 8 is a low ranking...it's very good!! I'm a 9 and 10 is the highest. I don't think there's anything wrong in being opinionated in anything...that's what discussions are all about!!! Take care, and a very happy mylotting to you!!

When I logged in this morning, I had gone from a 4 to 6, and not sure how that happened, but I am just elated it did. I think maybe starting the discussions I did on friday might have helped, and I have bee posting comments to the responses that were made. I have never really worried about the rating all that much as it isn't the most important thing in here, because I am here to have fun, and share my opinions, no matter what others think. You can't really please everyone in here, so don't try. You will get negatives from those that like giving negatives. I have had a lot of them, but now I am getting positives, and I am so happy about that too. I rate postive never negative, unless they are being nasty about things, other than that, if I don't give them a positve, I don't rate tham at all. That is the way I feel that it is better not to rate someone if you are going to give them a negative. Well, good luck and happy mylotting.

One advice I would like to give you is that don't really worry about it. All it takes is one person going around giving a negative on all your responses and discussions before you see it crumbling down to lower numbers. You get a star when you cross 100 responses(more goodies to come on 200 and 500). The number in the star denotes how popular your responses are. Some people have low rankings too. Maybe because what they said wasn't liked by some person. Your star is not attached to only one section but your performance on mylot as a whole. And if you hover your mouse over the star you will see your total on a 100. bourne PS: Don't concentrate on the stars. It's not in your hands to control it. Both the rating ones and the ones in the sky .
