When you hurt your back because you stay to much to computer....

What you will do? Just try to take a break, make same gym, or take a walking, or just go and try to sleep? Specialist say that we must take a break to 1 hour, for 5,10 minutes, and make some gym. Is good for our back, for eyes, and for our legs too. In time, we will have a big problems with back, eyes or something else because of using computer? Are you concern about this? That computer will affect your health? Or you are to much addicted and don t want to think to this problem?

idon't sit at the computer long at one time.i sat at worked for years and that did ruin my back.i didn't have the right kind of chair to sit for long periodes of time.i should have suied the place.
